1. Try it before you pay

Every plan starts with a free trial, and a demo against your own catalogue costs nothing. We would rather you find out that Ranbix does not suit you before any money changes hands than argue about it afterwards, so please use the trial properly — bring your real stock list and your hardest question.

2. The refund window

If you have paid and the Services do not perform as described, tell us within 7 days of your first payment on a new subscription and we will refund it.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. How long it then takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, not on us.

3. What is refundable

• The first subscription charge, within the seven-day window above.
• A duplicate charge, or two charges for the same billing period.
• A charge taken after you had already confirmed cancellation with us.
• A charge taken in error on our side, whatever the amount and whenever we find it.

4. What is not refundable

• Renewal charges once the initial seven-day window has passed. Cancel before a renewal date and it will not be taken.
• Periods during which the Services were used in production — that is, to bill real customers and move real stock.
• One-time services already delivered, such as data migration from previous software, on-site or remote training, and custom configuration work.
• Third-party costs we passed through at your request, such as hardware or a certificate.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time — there is no notice period and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops future billing. The Services stay available until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not cut you off mid-month.

6. Getting your data out

Your data is yours whether or not you remain a customer. Ask for an export in the format you need — before or after cancellation, at no charge — and we will provide it, or help you move to something else.

7. How to request a refund

Email sales@ranbix.com or message us on WhatsApp with your business name, the payment reference and a sentence on what went wrong. We reply to refund requests within 2 business days.

If we decline, we will tell you why in writing and point at the clause we are relying on. If you think we have it wrong, say so — most disagreements here are a misunderstanding about which charge is being discussed.

8. Statutory rights

This policy sits alongside your rights under Indian consumer law. It does not replace them, and nothing here removes a remedy the law gives you.
